Smartwatches offer useful information about heart rate in everyday life. They can record changes, but not make a diagnosis.
If you get an "irregular rhythm" alert, record when it happened, what you were doing at the time, and if you felt any symptoms, such as dizziness, shortness of breath, or fluttering. Then contact your doctor.
The correct assessment is based on the medical history, clinical picture and, when necessary, specialized tests.
The information is general and is not a substitute for medical evaluation. Do not change your treatment without instructions. For urgent symptoms call 112 or 166.
