Before the holidays, we usually organize everything. Tickets, suitcases, keys, medicine, to-dos.
But there is something that is often left last on the list or left for later:
Our heart.
A heart check before the holiday season can be especially helpful, especially for people with a history of hypertension, arrhythmia, tachycardia, shortness of breath, easy fatigue, or other symptoms that have gone unassessed.
Prevention does not have to wait for return. If you haven't had your heart checked recently, it's a good time to schedule it before you leave.
To enjoy your holidays with more confidence and better care for your heart.
