Chest pressure or pain, shortness of breath, a cold sweat, nausea or discomfort spreading to the arm, back or jaw may be associated with a heart attack. Symptoms differ from person to person.
If you suspect a heart attack, call 112 or 166 immediately and follow the instructions. Do not drive yourself to hospital. Do not wait for the symptoms to pass.
If a person is unresponsive and not breathing normally, call for help, put the phone on speakerphone, and begin chest compressions as directed by the call center. Use an available automated external defibrillator following voice prompts.
