Cardiology services
The basis of prevention and proper follow-up is a careful clinical examination that sees the person as a whole.
At a glance
The starting point of proper care
A cardiac examination is not a series of mechanical measurements. It is the synthesis of history, symptoms, clinical picture and personal risk.
The goal is to answer your own question: whether a symptom needs investigation, whether risk factors are regulated, or whether a known problem remains stable.
Symptoms, previous tests, treatment, daily life and family background.
Auscultation, blood pressure, pulses and targeted cardiovascular examination.
Assessing blood pressure, blood lipids, blood glucose, smoking, weight and exercise together.
The process
The examination is adapted to the reason for the visit. Additional testing is recommended only when it can answer a specific clinical question.
Personalized assessmentWe record what concerns you, when it occurs and which factors affect the cardiovascular picture.
Clinical examination and resting ECG offer the first objective information.
Findings are explained in simple terms and prevention, treatment or targeted re-examination is agreed upon.
More data doesn't always mean better care
Echocardiography, Holter monitoring and exercise stress testing are not offered as a routine package. They are selected when your history and examination suggest that they will provide useful information.
When is it valuable?
Chest pain, shortness of breath, palpitations, dizziness or unexplained fatigue.
When we want a documented picture before a problem occurs.
Hypertension, diabetes, dyslipidemia, smoking or family history.
For known heart disease or reassessment of treatment and goals.
Before, during, after
Gather recent tests, past ECGs and your medication list.
Describe when each symptom occurs and what makes it better or worse.
You will leave with an understandable explanation and a specific timeline for next steps.
