Medical acupuncture is not a "relaxation experience" done just to make someone feel better. It is a complementary treatment approach that needs evaluation first.
We need to see the person as a whole:
his history, his symptoms
his daily life
his needs
and whether this method really has a place in his own treatment plan.
It does not suit everyone in the same way and is not mechanically applied.
And of course it does not replace medical monitoring or treatment when it is necessary.
But when applied correctly, by a certified physician, it can work in a complementary way. There is scientific data that supports its use in selected situations, always as a complementary and not as a substitute treatment.
If you want to know if medical acupuncture can have a place in your case, the first step is a proper evaluation by your doctor.
The information is general and is not a substitute for medical evaluation. Do not change your treatment without instructions. For urgent symptoms call 112 or 166.
