It is not only the well-known "big" basic health problems that wear out the heart.
It is also worn down by the daily pressure, the endless hours in the chair, the tension, the rush, the absence of any small pause during the day.
And since these are repeated daily, that's exactly where the burden starts to pile up.
So try something simple. 2 minutes every hour at work:
Stand up for a while.
Drink water.
Take 5 slow breaths.
Relax your shoulders and neck.
Small movements that "break" the rhythm of tension and give the body the time it needs to recover.
Prevention doesn't always start with something difficult. It often starts with small, consistent movements that we can incorporate into our daily lives.
