In the summer we all want to relax a little more. A little more sun, a little less water, a little more alcohol and suddenly, a little more fatigue, without realizing it.
For the heart, all this is not always so "innocent". Heat and dehydration can affect your blood pressure, heart rate and endurance throughout the day. And if there is hypertension, arrhythmia or cardiac history, even more attention is needed.
It doesn't mean you have to be deprived in the summer. It means you should enjoy it with a little more care:
→ drink enough water
→ avoid prolonged exposure to the sun
→ do not ignore signs such as severe fatigue, dizziness, tachycardia or discomfort.
Your heart needs balance.
If you notice symptoms or have a history of heart problems, talk to your cardiologist to guide you!
