Do you have blood pressure or heart history? Diving into the sea requires some care. Sudden entry into very cold water, especially after intense heat or prolonged exposure to the sun, can temporarily burden the cardiovascular system.
In some cases, it can cause discomfort, tachycardia, dizziness or sudden changes in blood pressure.
What helps:
Enter the water gradually
Avoid swimming immediately after eating
Do not jump into the sea suddenly after prolonged exposure to the sun
Listen to your body if you feel unwell, dizzy or very tired
Summer needs enjoyment, but also proper care of the heart.
